Meet Kristen Edwards

Hi, I’m Kristen, and I believe authenticity is the ultimate superpower—especially for women in business. Since launching my first business in 2015, I've combined my corporate experience with a passion for helping women rise to their full leadership potential.

My journey towards efficiency began in college when I switched majors to Organizational Communication and later earned a Master's in Applied Psychology. While I worked in Talent Management for top companies, I built a side business in just 10 hours a weeks. It was then I discovered it could all get done by embracing who you truly are—quirks and all.

That realization led me to become a certified coach and develop the Unlock Method™️, a unique approach I use to help clients embrace authentic productivity. Whether you're looking to grow your business, elevate your leadership style, or reclaim your voice, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

As a woman who has navigated male-dominated industries, like technology and finance, I am passionate about helping other women break through barriers and create sustainable, profitable businesses without compromising who they are.

My work centers on empowering women to make decisions with confidence, without relying on cookie-cutter tactics or losing their authenticity. Those strategies can be heard on my podcast, Amplify Ambition, which is heard by women in more than 20 countries and is a great way to share my perspectives and coaching philosophy. I am committed to making room for more under-represented people on my way to the top. 

When I’m not coaching or podcasting, I’m likely spending time with my two children in New England, getting lost in an audiobook, or belting out Broadway tunes. I’m an introvert at heart, but that hasn’t stopped me from building a career—and a life—I love.
