Martha Ramos is a Dominican-American coach, speaker, and online lifestyle entrepreneur who's been featured in international media, including BeYourOwnUK, ESSENCE, Thrive Global, and Univision. She’s on a mission to build more women Chief Empowered Officers (aka CEOs, Lady in Chief, etc.) by combining her purpose and passion for personal development and business acumen.  

Martha spent over 12 years as an Advertising executive; helping Fortune 500 companies such as Colgate-Palmolive, Kraft, Ameriprise Financial, Unilever, and Mary Kay develop and implement award-winning campaigns.

She holds an M.S. from New York University, but after being laid off, she began running a successful online business and making an impact by helping women, especially women of color, escape the corporate hustle to build a CEO life & business so they can experience more personal freedom of their own.
